•  INSIGNIA:  Merrowed edge Minnesota Wing SSI; large C/COL rank; stiff shoulder boards; oxydized CAP cutouts (2), oxydized Pilot wings, oxydized Ground Team Member badge; blue plastic name plate; cloth ribbons (19), bronze triangle clasps (3).

NOTES:  Cadet Colonel Ryan M. Streifel of Red Wing Composite Squadron, Minnesota Wing (MN-104) received the General Carl A. Spaatz Award, #1323, dated May 16, 1997.
